Visual Voicemail Not Working Due to Pin Entry Issue
Trying to access my visual voicemail- however its not acknowledging that I'm entering a pin. Its asking me to set up a voicemail pin, I enter my numbers and just keeps asking me to confirm over and over. I double checked that my pin falls within the guidelines. Ive done the reset option and still nothing. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled. I just got the phone yesterday and have not had t-mobile prior to this.

That worked! Thank you so much! I can't even remember the last time I called the actual voicemail, so it probably never would have occurred to me to try that. Much appreciated!

You have to call your voicemail box. You can do it by long pressing the 1 on your keypad. Then set it up on the phone. Once its setup you can then go back and finish setting up the visual voicemail.

Has anyone found a fix for this? I just got a new phone and trying to set up visual voicemail, and I'm just stuck in a "Confirm" loop trying to put in a pin. Tried restarting, clearing storage and cache, made sure I was in the guidelines, reset the pin using the code from the dialer - nothing works. ¡Ayuda!

I am having this same issue. I am on an S24+
Does anyone have a solution for this?
I have restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled.
I called customer care but I was on hold way too long and I had to go.
Any ideas or suggestions are welcome.
