Damaged Phone
MY phones screen is damaged, I can't see anything, just bunch of colored lines. Im not able to use it of course. I know I have 360 protection, im not sure how to go about the process of getting my ph...

When getting my phone a day after I purchased it. I bought a screen protector. As I put it on with the plastic card they give you to slide down the screen. My entire screen cracked in several places all the way down. I have the 360 protection plan. I have contacted them and t-mobile if this back then. Nothing ever was resolved about it. It's one of the reason I do payment arrangements. I'm not paying my full bill and have to deal with this daily. It has caused discoloration on my screen and functioning problems. It's hard to use where the cracks are at. Something needs to be done about this if I pay for the protection plan and my bill. I shouldn't have to keep enduring this daily malfunction causing problems for me trying to use service.
