Help Diagnose Iphone SE

My iPhone SE is frequently losing signal and not connecting to the internet. Calls are dropped sporadically and can't access email or 611 for T-Mobile support, but another phone on the same family plan has no problems. The phone is up to date on all updates. What can I do so it doesn't happen again or what can fixed so it stops happening in a timely manner?

  • Call or go to a Tmobile store and ask for a new sim.

  • My iphone keyboard will not let me use the p or the zero when typing a message. I have tried to reset the keyboard and turning the phone off and on, do anyone know how to fix this?

It did the same thing to the new phone so it looks to be the SIM card is the problem. Any recommendations?

What generation is the SE? If it's the first that phone looks to be missing the newer bands Tmobile uses now.
