high billing amount for 12 days of service
I joined the T-mobile on 18 Dec 2023. Now my bill is $102. I don't understand why, just for 12 days of using the service, I have to pay so much money. I never had good service on my phone; it always showed a low signal.
Hola @Rajurai273 We would love to help make sense of your bill. We do need a bit more information to shed some light on it though. Did you sign up for a prepaid account or a normal postpaid account? Did you purchase any phones, accessories, device insurance, or other features like Netflix on Us?
