how to answer a text from t-mobile

Received a text from T-mobile - said they were changing my account to online only. I never agreed to this, when I signed up, we specifically agreed to written bills. What good is a contract if they change it without consent?

  • You can reach out to Customer Care at 611 or send a DM or T-Mobile on Twitter.or Facebook to see if they can keep your account on paper bills that are mailed to you.

To each their own, but I don't understand the resistance to paperless billing, if you own a smart phone and computer.  No more draws of paper files of statements, no more shredding reams of paper and all that.  I just print my statements and documents in a PDF format and save them on my internal drive for future reference.  YMMV as always.

  • read the fine print and you’ll see that they say this can happen.

so...are they saying theyre switching you to paperless billing or did you receive a text saying the plan youre currently on will be getting changed?
