Anyone know how to allow pass thru on the router to my geo location.
a site requires my location and the router is reporting a different city.
You have two issues for Tmobile Home Internet:
- As you noted the assigned IP address has a different geo location than your physical location.
- The IP address will change frequently throughout the day which also affects your geo location.
It sounds like you need a solution that resolves both of the above issues. As far as I know, Home Internet cannot change the way this works. Within this community some have changed to a Business Internet plan from Tmobile that fixes issue #2. I have not read about Tmobile Business Internet also supporting a specific geo location (#1). It's best to call Tmobile directly and ask. There is also the complication that the closest Tmobile network is outside of your physical area so you may not even have an option to fix this issue.
