Tmobile mobile hotspot

My iPhone 14 pro is using 5G UC and I easily get over 200 mbs on a data connection but when I use my hotspot I only get 1 mbs and im right next to a T-mobile tower with full bars. I get this anywhere though it does not affect the mobile hotspot. Its slow I am not sure what's wrong
