Where is my iPhone 15 Pro Max? - My wife got hers, orded the next day!
Hello T-Mobile and Community!
I have an interesting story. I ordered my iPhone 15 ProMax - White from T-mobile on Launch Day (9/15/23 @ 10:30 AM) on my Account. I am still waiting and it says it should be shipped by October 3rd.
My wife ordered the SAME EXACT phone the next day (9/16/23 @ 11:30 PM) on her account. She did order a regular sized Pro on launch day and then decided she wanted the bigger one, so she reordered the next day. It initially said November delivery.
She got her phone on drop day (9/22/23), and I have no updates on my phone. I called T-mobile, and they were like, yeah - no clue, sorry. Same shipping address and everything. It is so frustrating that T-mobile and their system would not fulfill orders in the proper sequence. I am still waiting with no updates and just a "too bad, so sad" from T-mobile.

Nope I always do dark gray. Some colors are more in demand and are backed order thou apple. Apple releases phones to T-Mobile. Therefore Apple will ship your phone to you they're probably only releasing so many in popular colors so the wait will be longer. Glad I'm easy! Gotta match my watch lol

I lost the card they tried to charge me on ! I was finally charged on 10/12 after ordering on 09/24. I called to update it on 10/05 was told that it was updated but it was a lie ! So I had to cancel my original order and had to place a whole new one on 10/12. I was livid. I'm just going to assume that I'm just not getting the phone until November.

I also ordered white titanium and blue titanium 9/22 I've called costumer service with the agents telling me something different each time I call. I'm so over this, tmobile really needs to train them better, before my order I changed my plan from magenta to go5g plus with them quoting me the wrong price. good thing I recorded that phone call its the only way they honored the price
So I just hung up with T-Mobile I had a charge on oct 4 on my chase card and it today fell off. it was a pre authorization to charge. T-Mobile is telling me Apple will ship to me and they now have more inventory my phone is expected to ship Monday, October 9 and I placed the order on October 1.

yeah i ordered on 09/23/23 and ship date same like you. And i saw backorder now from 10/13-10/27
It's so annoying. I'm trying to be patient but I've been checking and the date has not changed for me. I'm seeing on this thread that its about a two week wait for others and it only really gets sent out after your card has been charged.
New update! I chatted with T-mobile on website. They talk we can cancelled previous backorder and order new one. It will change the date to ship. I did it
So I should call and cancel and place a new order to get a faster ship date ?
