Why are we being penailzed for paying with a credit card?
T-Mobile already took away the $5 discount that I had for auto-pay, and now will add a $10 penalty if I do not give them a debit card or bank account!!! This is daylight robbery and I am very disappo...
Does anyone else think the punitive change in bill payment is ridiculous? When I signed up, I could get a $10 discount if I agreed to auto pay via a credit card. Now, T Mobile says we must give them open and unlimited access to our banking information or we lose the $10 discount. One hacking of their system makes it possible for thieves to empty my entire bank account--something that cannot happen with a credit card. I was told it is because of problems with rejected or closed credit card accounts. So, they punish EVERYONE for the actions of a few deadbeats? I am actively looking around and will leave T Mobile for this arbitrary and dangerous demand. Giving them my debit card number or banking information is far too risky in this day of professional hackers. I hope they lose millions of customers because of this idiocy of punishing everyone for the actions of a few.
