Why are we being penailzed for paying with a credit card?
T-Mobile already took away the $5 discount that I had for auto-pay, and now will add a $10 penalty if I do not give them a debit card or bank account!!! This is daylight robbery and I am very disappo...
I AGREE, I just phoned them tonight to announce that if they don't grandfather current customers who were PROMISED no price changes via Auto Pay, I'm out of here. I currently have a phone on Visible where I get unlimited for $15 TOTAL per month for a year and then $30/Month thereafter. I'm not giving T-Mobile my banking or debit card information that can be compromised with little or no protection, unlike my current credit card because they're too cheap to lose the $2.60 on my current charges due to Credit Card fees. Some corporate cat is getting a bonus on this change and messing with a promise made by T-Mobile when we joined up.
