ATM Debit card number being stolen from the T-Mobile Auto pay site

Is anyone else having their ATM card number stolen from the T-Mobile site on Auto-Pay ?? For 2 Consecutive months now I have had to get a new card issued - the only website / autopay I entered the Newly issued card number on was T-Mobile !  Within 1 month of entering the new number it was attempted to be used again and was caught by the Bank as Fraud
