disappointed - doing away with the credit card autopay discount.
I am very disappointed that you are doing away with the credit card autopay discount. As you seem to be concerned with "security" - thats the first thing i see when i login..
I do not own a Debit Card and I don't give out my Bank information.
And before anyone says the Credit card companies increased the %.. the increase of credit card fees (based on my bill) would be $9.25.. why then am i losing $20?

T mobile has been hacked so many times I have lost count. What genius thought giving those hackers direct access to drain your bank account is a good idea? And, there are plenty of people who can't afford to lose the discount. I hope so many people leave T mobile they think twice about their irresponsible disregard for their customers.

You don't need to change your payment method from credit card. You just lose the discount.

My contract has not yet ended but I must change my payment method? That's not right. We've never missed a payment so why now?

Besides the autopay discounts with a cc they also making other changes to other fees. It's going to cost customers $5 to pay at a store, they're changing suspension fees and they're tightening down the employee discount policy.
