DOUBLE CHARGED

I have TMobile home internet. Autopay, $50 a month, on the 3rd of the month. No issues until August. I was charged 53.13 on the 24th. Then my regular autopay of 50 on the 3rd of September. Then another 53.13 on the 24th. Repeat in October. $50 on the 3rd, and now 53.13 on the 24th.

NO ONE can explain what is going on. I am tired of an extra 53.13 being automatically withdrawn from my bank. I am DONE with T-Mobile

Seems like I am seeing similar questions with no resolution.
