T-Mobile’s deceptive practices—attention needed from the legal department.

I submitted a request for a device replacement but have received a broken device more than five times. I was charged $5 each time a device was sent, and I had to return each broken device. To date, I still have not received a proper replacement. During the investigation, my account was suspended twice, and I have repeatedly engaged in chats and phone calls. Despite this, there have been consistent failures in maintaining proper notes, requiring me to explain everything from the beginning after six months. I am forced to recall every detail of my requests, and agents have repeatedly made false promises to follow up, which they never did. When they failed to provide answers, they claimed to have tried to reach me but only left voicemails, without proper information or resolution. I have endured these issues and false assurances and have gathered evidence of how poorly this team has handled my situation, causing significant mental stress. Additionally, I have incurred a financial loss of $295 (including restore fees and other charges) and a $19 late fee from last month.
