Gateway 5G

I lost power yesterday for 60 seconds. Since then I have no WiFi on my 5G gateway device. I have reset it and unplugged it a million times. My tv allows me to connect but the says it's not connected to WiFi. The gateway says it has a strong signal and then shows an error message and states it's not connected to WiFi. I'm ready to throw it out a window! Anyone have any tips

    I'd recommend contacting T-Mobile Home Internet support line.  If your device has an issue - they can either diagnose it - or ship a replacement.
