Data and cell service not working in Finland
I and my husband are in Finland and woke up today to no service on both of our phones (same account). I purchased additional 5G of high speed data for the trip and both phones worked fine for 4 days, but today nothing. During 5 hours my phone connected twice to 5G for 1 second each time and got disconnected again.
All trouble shootings were done, everything is on, no airplane mode on, etc. Now on the phone waiting for “one of our teams member shortly” thing for 45 minutes listening to music!
Please advise
I am traveling in French Polynesia, and both of our phones have no phone/text/data capability as of June 26.
It is an issue with the 3rd party provider for roaming in Europe. ATT, Verizon, and TMo have all lost roaming internationally.
