gateway placement assistance app
I have been trying to check for better placement, but the gateway that I have been using for 8 months is telling me that my address is not supported. I know they won't let me have the unlimited plan, but I pay triple to get 300gb/mo
Try ‘cellmapper.net’ if you have an android - it will locate your nearest connected tower.
The gateway itself may have an issue … I’d recommend contacting T-Mobile directly.
