how to leave a good customer service review?
I am hoping to leave a review about some excellent service I received. I thought a survey would begin after the call, but it never came. Is there a way for me to leave a positive review for an employee if they provided me with their name@T-Mobile?

I spoke to IAN yesterday. I know he is Filipino. He was very helpful n knowledgeable about all the information i needed to know. He took the time to explain each plan clearly and helped me make a good decision if i needed to change plans. He was very respectful by thanking me everytime for being a long time customer of tmobile. I felt very special and appreciated.
He fixed my current plan to suit my needs. He made sure that he gives their clients what they need even going out of his way to speak to his supervisor. I recommend Ian for his 5 star excellent service to his customers. I hope he can be given an oppurtunity to a supervisory position so he can show his colleagues what is it to be an excellent customer service representative. I have had many great experiences but this guy today John was probably one of my favorites. It wasn't even that big of an issue that I needed help with but he really did his absolute best to go above and beyond to help me resolve it even helping me resolve an issue I didn't even know was an issue. This man deserves a raise or a cake or something, his words just are so positive and he is so sweet and genuine and I just love the way he really helped me today I REALLY APPRECIATE U JOHN. Our call ended weirdly I guess the internet but I enjoyed the amount of time we did have together.

I spoke to Marrisa@T-Mobile and she was awesome! I had to put her on hold a few times to get information needed and she was super patient and friendly throughout the whole call. Marrisa had to connect me with my old carrier to get more information and the call dropped but she made sure to call me back! I appreciate her help so much and she's an amazing asset the T-Mobile. I just joined the T-Mobile family and she made my issue an easy one. Thanks again Marrisa!!!

Like many others on this board, I'm going out of my way to try to find a way to recognize outstanding customer service. When it is exceptional, it is worth nothing. I spoke with Nacole on the main customer care phone line today. I was having problems with my trade in for a new phone and getting the right bill credits. I did not expect things to end up in my favor at the end of the call. But she was patient, helpful, and took extra steps to make things right. I could not be happier and she should be commended for her work today. ¡Gracias!

I would love to give a huge thank you to Majayannjoyce@T-Mobile today. Honestly, she gave such amazing customer service, very professional, knowledgeable, and kind/patient. I felt very comfortable to talk to her as she addressed my many questions! What great service ! She made transferring plans and changing my number a breeze when it was such a process with calling the respective users of responsibility. She was so great through the process, I couldn't thank her enough. I truly believe she should be recognized for her excellent service. She made a complicated process actually enjoyable for me as her personality and professionalism made it such a delight. Thank you Jayann for your help today honestly. T-Mobile, you have such a great employee!!

Tmobile is the worst! If i could go back one year i would never have joined them. Its easier to say what they do correct than what they do wrong, most of what i see is wrong! Lets see, the phones, issues, the billing, real screwed up, the customer service, wow, non existent, i could go on and on… cant even send in email support, have to call and spend 30 minutes, only to get to end of conversation and find out, oops i am not the person you needed, call back and get someone else and go through that all over again!!! Just terrible service!!!

I was with AT&T so I wanted to switch to a different carrier. I went with T-Mobile. , what a mistake that was. First the IPhone 12 they sold me had problems right after I bought it. They sent me to Apple Store which was a goood drive to get to apple told me that it's a T-Mobile issue so that never got resolved. The sales person told me when I got the phone that I could upgrade in one year That was a high lie. The Apex nc T-Mobile store is the worst store. I'm stuck with. a one that is now worthless. And he told me I get free Netflix. Another lie. I'm putting this out there for others to beware of this apex NC store. I would never anyone to go to T-Mobile. Stay with Verizon or At$t I'm 100% changing back to AT&T

Katie/KC. Has been the most helpful person I've ever spoken to at T-mobile. I've been overwhelmed these past few days since I'm stepping out of the country for a few months. Today 1-18-2024 I was relieved and walked through all my problems. I was provided with multiple solutions and when needed good opinions on her end where given, it made me feel like it wasn't just my problem but our problem. It really took some stress of my shoulders. After being on the phone for over an hour Katie/KC showed no signs of stress, rather made me feel like I was important to T-Mobile. I really hope this message is read by the right person and gives her the recognition she deserves. T-Mobile you hire exceptional people to take care of us. ¡GRACIAS!🙏
