Magenta Price Lock

I spoke to TMobile today and they are not honoring my price lock. I am on the Magenta plan. I am seeing that they are doing this to everyone. I was told that my bill would never change for 20- 30 years. They will not honor it. I also have the paperwork from the day I got the plan that shows I have a price lock. I think those that are affected, should start a law suit for their breach of contract. I have decided to go somewhere else as soon as I can because I do not want to stay with a phone company that lies and doesn't take accountability! Has anyone else had this problem?

    I'm surprised I havent read from the comments how funny it is:

    Of course I know it wasn't a true restriction, after all its a man made program; **however**, isn't it convenient for years T-Mobile told customers those plans had restrictions, line caps that could not be changed, saying they couldn't make changes to the plan and you would have to switch plans to add more lines.....

     

     

    Yet, they are able to raise price as it fits them... Comical and pathetic.

     

    Self imposed limitations....
