No service when back in the USA
For the 2nd time now, after returning from Europe, when back in the USA, I have absolutely no service. No amount of the standard troubleshooting via Tmobile phone support helps. The first time I had to get new SIM cards to make our phones work again. Anyone else have this problem and if so, were you able to fix it without going to a Tmobile store? Quite frustrating to have a dead phone and no fix without a new sim card swapped in.
Personally, I have never had this issue after returning from international travel. My main device is a s23 Ultra with a pSIM. What device and what type of SIM are you using and are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?

@drnewcomb is pretty well versed in travel dos donts and shoulds..he might know the answer to this one.
