Overland Park KS Neighborhood connnectivity

In the Overland Park KS neighborhood (a few miles radius from HQ) there are several spots where the signal inexplicably drops from great to zero meaning that phone conversations enjoy a few seconds of silence. This is frustrating when you are having a conversation while driving and you have to observe moments of silence during the conversation. 

Having made several calls to tmo technical support and after spending multiple hours with them in the past I have given up that there is not a solution to the problem and basically recognized when this happens in my route of travel and informing the other party (if possible) that this may happen.

Anyone been able to provide relevant data to resolve the issue or found a workaround?

The devices in my household are a couple of iPhone 15 Pro's and one Samsung Ultra 23.
