Ranting, because that's all I can do.
Ten years with T-Mobile. Every three months I have to call them because signal on my hotspot crashes and I can't access the internet.
Every three months I have to wait for a call back because the queue is too long.
Every three months, some Customer Service Representative calls me back to say how much T-Mobile Loves Me and how Horrified they are that I can’t get service to work and how Diligent they are at getting “this problem fixed”.
Every three months, they realize that yes, I had already recycled, yes, I’ve gone through this before, and FINALLY, they say we’ll connect you to Tech Support.
Every three months, I get connected to a new queue for the tech support people, and WOOPS! after five minutes, my call is disconnected.
And Every three months, I have to call back and go through this circus again. But tonight I'm tired, I'm frustrated, they're probably going to tell me the same thing they told me Three Months Ago, which is "Oh, a tower is down", and I'll just have to wait until tomorrow for the thing to come back up.
But I'm not calling back anymore, and I'm going to try and find another company with more stable service. Or at least not buying so many companies they can't keep up.
