I owe now on 2 phones. Mine were paid off. I was lied to about the cost of service and I have probably 100 msgs on how they were going to fix it because I have had to call every.single.month. I had amazing internet and phone service when I started and at my house. Now none! There is no explanation, because it looks ok. I was actually recommending this company to my friends and family. I get some of you have "great service" my experience has been horrible.
