SIM Card not working - No way to contact T-Mobile
I recently upgraded my phone and this morning, about an hour ago, it disconnected from T-Mobile. Wifi calling is not available as an option anymore. Everything that relies on the service says "Tempor...
You can still call 611 from your device, even if the SIM isn't working.
if you have any social media platforms TMO uses quite a few of them..try contacting them through either Facebook or Twitter..bottom of this page “Follow T-Mobile” and the options next to it.
