¿How can I unblock my device, because I can’t get another esim from a different company?
I bought my IPhone 15plus in T-Mobile in North Dakota and I had to return to my country, I am in Peru and I can’t get a esim because the company block my device so I can’t get a esim from a diferent company in my country

However, the SIM Unlock Policy requirements still need to all be met, includingnbeing a T-Mobike customer to verify the requirements have been met, for your device to qualify to be SIM unlocked by T-Mobile.

You can try using messenger on one of Tmobile’s social media accounts like Facebook or X.
