A mobile phone that has been forgotten for a long time, but it can no longer be used
When I was in high school, about 3 years ago, at my birthday party, a French friend of my father gave me this mobile phone, which was later forgotten in my schoolbag. Yesterday, I found it and took it out to use it. There were many good memories in it, but I found that it had been locked, a SIM card lock, and I couldn't even apply for an eSIM, which made me very frustrated. Can you help me unlock it?
Thank you very much.
The serial number is FFWD9119PLJM. IMEI:356469109486628
Is the device SIM locked to T-Mobile USA? SIM unlocks are only done for T-Mobile USA customers whose account and device meet all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements.

I think so. It meets the requirements of the unlocking policy, but I didn't handle the SIM card, so I don't know the binding information.

If you are not a T-Mobile USA customer and you don't have the information of the account t it was on previously. The device can't be SIM unlocked. All of the requirements need to be verified, which can't be done without the T-Mobile account the device was or is used on.

Thank you very much. Although it has not been solved, thank you for your patient answer.
I was going to unlock it and send it to a friend I know to use this mobile phone. He is very poor. I hope God bless him enough money to buy a new device.
