How to unlock New phone sold from ebay for outside USA + no T-mobile phone number
Hi, Can i unlock the device if i am not in the US and i do not have T mobile number, an the phone New condition sold from ebay? where can i contact T mobile other than there US number? ...
No. The original owner could, if the device and their account met all of the SIM Unlock Policy requirements, but it doesn’t sound like it does.

If it's an Android you can buy an unlock code from a 3rd party unlock company. If it's an iPhone you don't have that option.
