Since it's an android you should be able to request a temporary unlock up to 5 times a rear.

I have contacted customer service to unlock and tried the Wifi connection T-Moblie server to complete the final unlock, but it was unsuccessful and the connection server error code 255 was displayed. Twitter customer service said that it can only send the mobile phone back to the United States to complete the unlocking.

Since my T-Moblie SIM card does not roam internationally, WIfi does not support one puls 9 online unlocking.

If you're a Tmobile USA customer and meet the requirements you can try connecting to wifi and unlocking it.

Tmobile now automatically unlocks your phone once the requirements are met if you're a Tmobile USA customer.
