Amazon TV Promotion
OK, its been over 10 weeks since the deadline for the TV Promotion.
From the posts I've read, no one has recieved their e-mail notification and is getting no help from "customer service".
When i can get through to "customer service" (3 hours) they do verify that i have a valid application for the promotion.
T-mobile wants their money from you, on time or earlier, but seems to feel no obligation to fullfil their responsibilities in a timely maner.
Just imagine what would happen if i told T-Mobile wait ten weeks and maybe I'll send you some money. :-)
I realize that the upfront costs of a class action suit is not worth it for TV, but might be to teach them a lesson.
First, to save you hours on hold and multiple calls to get the onshore help, log in and look for "promotions", and/or offer status.
If it says accepted or qualified thats good. If not you are SOL.
Now, call with the information from the promotions page, ID, promo code, etc. They CAN give you your code and the link for the TV, but it will take some work. There is a promotions group, get them to connect you if you are qualified.
If they only give you the code, its the Amazon 4K 50 inch Fire TV USB.
Best of luck.

Just an update, I contacted them on Messenger and through their App instead. They resolved it by crediting my account of the monetary value of the TV. In my experience, they are more helpful. I did try to ask for their terms and if it mentioned if the code ever expires. they never gave me an answer for that, just the monetary credit into my account for the bills.

How much did they credit you? I am so glad I found this thread. They are making me feel like I'm the crazy person for not getting a code and then demanding one that works! They told me to call Amazon knowing well that wasn't a resolution. TMobile has always been able to resolve my issues and I've been a customer for a long time. Currently trying the Facebook Messenger route. Thanks for posting!

I really wish I would have found this thread earlier. After continually checking the submission site, and getting the "your code is on the way" message, I checked today and it just kept asking me to create a new submission. I called T-mobile support, and like many of you they told me it was expired, and kinda tried to make it sound like it was my fault (Even though I had frequently checked the status, and never received a code). After some back and forth on the phone, all I was offered was a 50 dollar bill credit. This whole thing has seriously affected my opinion of T-mobile, and I think I'll be shopping around for a new phone/internet provider. I don't understand why these huge companies decide to do these petty, shady things. The funny thing is, I don't even need the tv. I just want a company to do what it says it's going to do.

How long ago did you get the 50 dollars? If it was recent, try the Facebook Messenger thing anyways!
