Amazon Fire Television
I ordered T-Mobile internet service, and was supposed to get an Amazon Fire TV. Not sure where to check the status?

That's great!
You only had another 45 min more to go? And then you got the off shore customer service that is completely worthless.

Just so y'all know, yes I did get the promotional offer. The Blink camera info was sent, a code provided to purchase, and received the cameras as per the T Mobile offer. Thank you, t mobile!

Frisco, The business world of loyalty is upside down. This seems like fraud and a class action in the making. All I want is my FireTV. I signed up based on that; ONLY. If it wasn't a real offer then why PROMOTE IT??? 🤬
Yeah, its time to start talking class action suit.
Maybe, just maybe if you hit them in the pockets and get news coverage theyll stop this kind of __.

Having the same issue. Added home internet on the last day of the Fire-TV promotion (Nov. 29, 2023). T-Mobile first claimed that I'm not eligible because I activated the Fire-TV offer on Nov. 30, after the promotion was over. Here's the kicker:
- The offer clearly states that you have 30(1) days to activate offer, so I should have been able to activate until Dec. 29, 2023. After being escalated twice, T-Mobile admitted I was correct.
But then…
- The representative told me that despite adding the internet while the offer still applied, and charging my account that same day, the system did not fully process my information until after the offer expired (like it's my fault). I told the representative that he's admitting to FRAUD.
Currently escalated again and waiting on a call back,
Absolutely shameful process…someone should lose their job over this.
Im pretty sure none of us will see a TV, ever.
They're frauds, just like their "high speed" internet (5mbps).
Its been the 10 weeks that they promised an email notification from Amazon.
Time for a class action suit?

Yeah, me too.
The check in on line is less than worthless. Don't bother.
Call, and call again with your promo code, and the two ID numbers. Make them add that to your account remarks and demand a text summary of the call.
Its been the ten weeks they promised before a notification from Amazon.

HI all, did anyone get their promotional item for signing up for T-Mobile?
Not yet, but T-Mobile seems to be famous for backing out of their promises.
I have called T-Mobile three times and they have "assured" me that i will be notified 10 weeks after the signup.
The supposed check on line does absolutly NOTHING but tell you to fulfill the requirements but says nothing about what needs to be done. What clowns!

Nope I just got off the phone with two different people! And both said I signed up for and activated it in the time period available! But that it had to be an unlimited plan which I have receipts we signed up for but they are now telling me we don't live in a unlimited plan area!!! So what not because I'm done with tmobile! They shouldn't do people like this! Just unbelievable never once was I told it had to be unlimited even though we supposedly signed up for and activated with an unlimited plan! Amd now it's saying we weren't in an unlimited plan area! So our request for the promo has been denied!

Thanks for all of the replies. Hopefully "Fireguy..." is correct and we'll all see the emails with the codes to get our free FireTV.

IF things went correctly and yall did this around the time frame they had then you had 30 days to redeem but you also have 60 days to usage before validation...then another week+ish for order fulfillment. which would put yall around now ish when im guessing they kick yall out a code that you go to the Amazon link provided to fire in said code..
might want to check yalls spam folders just in case you did receive the code and you didnt see it if it thought it was spam.
i would give it another week ish then contact TMO promotions again.
