Amazon Fire Television
I ordered T-Mobile internet service, and was supposed to get an Amazon Fire TV. Not sure where to check the status?

I have the same issue. T-Mobile denied the "Amazon Fire TV 50" 4-Series 4K" offer. grrrr………
The sale person promised that I would qualify for both “$50 virtual prepaid Mastercard” and “Amazon Fire TV 50” 4-Series 4K”.

I just called 877-470-3619. No wait time, talked to a Rep for a total of 8 minutes before I had my code and link to the TV in my email, and they waited on the phone for me to receive it as they had to try to send it several times. TV is ordered successfully after receiving the code. Mind you my promotional account did show my promotion as "approved" already.

I've been on the phone with them twice each 30-45 minutes long and they are just giving me the go around - told me I'm approved and should get an email. It's been past the 10 week period. They gave me Amazon's customer service phone number and told me to call them. I'm getting so frustrated at this point. I've checked my email and spam and nada. Zip. Nothing.
If you are approved and they can't successfully re-send the email to you, then they should provide the Amazon discount code for you to try while you try to purchase on Amazon site. If not, ask for someone who can help you place the order. To me, the Rebate Team was able to help me. Talking to Amazon wouldn't help, unless you have an Amazon discount code that's not working.

Well, after 90 min on hold, they gave me the code..... But not the model #! The Rep was going to send an email and a text with the information. Nothing, again.
Suprise! There must be at least 150 - 50inch TVs on Amazon.
