Amazon Fire Television
I ordered T-Mobile internet service, and was supposed to get an Amazon Fire TV. Not sure where to check the status?

Currently on the phone for 45 minutes. This is my 2nd call. I was denied. FOR NO REASON. I am going to speak with an attorney about starting a class action. It's a television for ____sake. If someone would like to contact me, my email address is jacen81@gmail.com. It is unbelievable that I would need to peck and scratch for a redeem code that should have been sent to me 2 weeks ago. If I have to I will spend the next 3 years of my life fighting this, I will... JUST FOR PRINCIPAL!! No one should have to jump through hoops for the redemption code after the 60 days of validation.

I called the phone number on the submission page and a representative texted me the code to use at Amazon. I ordered my tv today it will be here in 2 days. As long as you are approved, you will be getting a code. If you didn't get a code, call them, they can accommodate immediately.

Today I got a phone call from the customer service lady I talked to and got an email with the code. Immediately went on Amazon and ordered the tv. Promo code worked and I should get the tv on Saturday. After reading all the posts on here I thought I was never going to resolve this ridiculous issue. Looks like someone that matters a T-Mobile must have heard about threads like this and thought better than to keep denying people something they were promised when they purchased their internet.
Okay. May be I need to check with them again. Gracias.

I talked to a customer care rep and he assured me that since I bought mine online on the 29th that was the day it was considered activated. I even had him double check to make sure. Then my promotion was denied and upon calling it was escalated. Had to sit on the phone for nearly 40 mins. The customer service person transferred me to an accounts care person I think she said it was who told me I did everything right and do qualify for the promotion. Said I should get the email with the code within the next week and that she will call me to make sure I received it. Let's see what happens.
Same thing they have mentioned to me but nothing has happened even after more than a week. They were transferring to different departments and at the end they confirmed that it will not be given.
If you log into promotions.t-mobile.com and your submission says 'submitted after Nov 29th', you will be automatically denied. In those cases, going through facebook or twitter T-Mobile is a better option. Be sure to have any relevant screenshots/documentation that you participated on time. Purchasing the service was not the same as submitting the promotion, which you couldn't do until you got your confirmation email in Nov.
My specific issue was everything was submitted, but my fellow club members were getting codes at 8 weeks and even TVs delivered, while my promotion status still said “received” not “approved”.
On Feb 2nd, about 9 weeks after submission, it was changed to "approved", the agent read me a code over the phone on but it didnt work. And I *STILL* had not received the email with the code. I contacted 'T-Force' on X/Twitter, and they were very polite but stated the email did go out on the 2nd. they asked me to try the code again, sent me the product link and I realized I was putting it in the wrong part of Amazon. Now it worked immediately.
But to this day, no one knows where the email went. I went thru my folders with a fine tooth comb, I had every T-mobile email they sent, but all were about the original order and billing.
TL;DR if you ordered new internet on Black Friday and you submitted the promo code 23FIRETV, but still never got one, then you need to use social media to contact T-mobile
edit: grammarCan you provide the social media handles you have contacted?

For anyone that successfully submitted the Promotion by 11/29 and has a status of “Approved”
@ promotions.t-mobile.com , the fastest way to get your code is to contact support on facebook or Twitter/X. I belong to a discount group and a few members didnt get their code and every one of us got our code using this method w/ the least amount of issues.
To redeem, add the 4-series 50” 4k Fire Tv to your cart and enter the code as a coupon while checking out.
And this is what the code gets you (This is mine):
Oh, and for people wondering about the $150 virtual Prepaid card, yes several members of our group confirmed getting both, some did have to contact Customer Service. Good luck : ) - JTSNetwork Novice
SUCCESS!!! There is hope!
I've called several times with my tracking ID and finally got an agent at T-Mobile to give me the redemption code for use at Amazon! She said to call Amazon to find out what TV to put in the cart but remembered the above post with a link so I tried that. It worked! I added it to the cart, put in the promo code and it will be delivered tomorrow.
Keep trying, you’ll get there!!!
