Amazon Fire Television
I ordered T-Mobile internet service, and was supposed to get an Amazon Fire TV. Not sure where to check the status?

I have just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. https://reportfraud.ftc.gov/#/
I ENCOURAGE YOU ALL TO FILE A COMPLAINT AS WELL. ONE COMPLAINT WILL NOT TRIGGER AN INVESTIGATION, BUT SEVERAL...WILL DEFINITELY RAISE A FEW EYEBROWS. There is power in numbers.

Jokes on you.
I signed up for T-Mobile internet and the TV promo was a nice perk.
I realized many many weeks had passed so I found this forum and knew the trouble I was about to have.
1 agent told me I hadn't waited long enough.
Weeks later another agent said I see your submission sorry about that you will get your code Wednesday.
Today I inquired again after, guess what, no code in my inbox. Supervisor John said there was no submission ever made. I told him I'll take my 20 years of loyal and over $20,000 I have spent with T-Mobile and take it somewhere else.
I know I followed everything to the letter when I filled out that form. Additionally, I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission for fraud. I have all the screenshots to back up my claim.
I find it wild they acted suprised when I mentioned the multiple posts about this apparent scam they are running on different promotions. Some of the posts are in their our community forums.
Cancelling my internet, cell service, taking my business elsewhere, and upgrading my phone with new company. 😀
If you go to FTC I will join you my friend. I am irate!
Already did didn't take very long.

Filing this in small claims court and/or class action lawsuit.
I have pictures, audio recordings, and more of their reps saying I qualify and then saying the internet was activated 1 day after the promotion ended therefore I did not qualify any longer. I am tired of us customers getting scammed.
Deliver on your promises or be held accountable!

T-Mobile you can't bait & switch CUSTOMERS. The only REASON I SIGNED up for internet because I wanted the Amazon fire stick promotion that the store manager personally help me READ THE RULES.
I wanted zero problems so I stayed in the store with him on my device and was WALKED THROUGH AND WE SCREEN SHOT EVERYTHING. I called after Christmas and customer SERVICE said call back in January. I called and was told THE AMAZON TV PROMO WAS DENIED. It was ESCALATED TO 5 people THEN I WAS TOLD CALL ON 1/24/2024 or check the tracker to get the code to go back on Amazon and order the TV.
I want all my money BACK. You can have your internet. I pay my bill on time and have 6 lines, 2 IPADS & now internet. We are a military family and you all should be better and ACCURATE LIKE I ACCURATELY PAY MY BILL ON TIME. I want the FIRE TV I WAS PROMISED OR TAKE YOUR SERVICES WITH NO PENALTIES FOR ME.
Shame on you guys. If the promotion didn't apply you should have notified US. I hunted you all down and when it was time to get the code for the TV- I get a DENIAL- unacceptable.
Im having the same problem! The page said I'd get a tv if I signed up "Now" through this specific page. I got confirmations of it and everything but never received the code. Ive been on the line with rep after rep trying to figure out what to do. They claim I activated too early, except the page said sign up TODAY - and I would have waited 38 hours if I had known I needed to wait till 24th? So insane. Did they ever sort you out?

I am currently in the same boat. I called last week when I was denied and was told that I activated service on 11/30/2023 and the promotion only ran from 11/24/2023 to 11/29/2023. I received the device on 11/30/2023 and signed up for the service during the eligible window. I called last week and was told I could receive the TV and should receive the TV redemption code within 24 hours. Today I called back because I still had not received any update. I have already been on the phone 55 minutes and I have spoken 3 representatives so far.
Did you get any update?
Still have not received the tv, I was given a $40 credit on my last call as courtesy and was told I should receive the code within a week. It's been a week, no code nor a call back as I was promised by the rep I spoke to. I spoke to a manager and he said this has happening to a lot of people and they have escalated the issue. They are "supposedly" giving out the redemption codes he said. I am calling back again tomorrow in hopes of getting the TV. And I will cancel the service it's not working out but I will get the tv on principal alone.

Currently on the phone for 45 minutes. This is my 2nd call. I was denied. FOR NO REASON. I am going to speak with an attorney about starting a class action. It's a television for ____sake. If someone would like to contact me, my email address is jacen81@gmail.com. It is unbelievable that I would need to peck and scratch for a redeem code that should have been sent to me 2 weeks ago. If I have to I will spend the next 3 years of my life fighting this, I will... JUST FOR PRINCIPAL!! No one should have to jump through hoops for the redemption code after the 60 days of validation.
Even though they have acknowledged that it was a mistake and I am eligible, they clearly told that they cannot give FireTV code.
Customer Service is less than tolerable. I've waited for call-backs...never happened. I've called back to talk to representatives, then transferred to management, then hung up on (which may have been accidental, but I doubt that), then called back only to start the entire process all over again. As a 21 year customer of Sprint/T-Mobile...I don't feel valued or appreciated for my loyalty. I've never taken part in a redemption scam from T-Mobile, but I won't allow it to influence my purchases again.
