choppy Chromecast volume

I'm trying to watch movies on my chromecast device using t Mobile wifi tower for  internet.

 The Volume.keeps.cutting.out... 1 out of every 4 seconds has no volume and it's extremely annoying and makes.it.impossible.to.understand any conversations the actors are having. If anyone knows how to fix it please let me know.
