G4AR no internet

Hola 

I’m replacing a KVD21 Gateway with a G4AR Gateway because of location to use an external antenna.

When I hook up the G4AR on the screen it shows 3 bars and says good connection but also shows "no internet".  When I look at the Advanced Cellular Metrics in the App it does not show a Cell Tower.

I'm not sure if it is because it shows Firmware version 1.00.02 instead of .09.  But T-Mobile can't update the firmware without the internet connection.

    It was the gateway. Got a new one and it worked.

    I didn't connect the external antenna yet wanted a baseline first. I didn't take a picture of the Advance Metrics. But I do know it didn't show a cell tower. Even though it showed good connection with 3 bars.

    @Cazador,  did you connect your external antenna? If so, did you try switching the connections? I know that in my case, the connections to the antenna are specific and do impact the signal reception. 

    I do not think (??) the firmware makes a big difference. 

    When you read your advanced cell metrics, what do the 5G RSRP, RSRQ, and SINR read?
