New Router not connecting to T-Mobile App

We had to get a new router, but we set everything up to have the same WiFi name and password. Now the app won't recognize the new device and can't connect to the old device (as it stopped turning on)...

    I would delete the app and reinstall so it forgets everything about your previous router. Then factory reset the new router which will require you to setup using the wifi and admin passwords printed on the label of the router.
