Holiday Phone Number
I came to the states for a family wedding for 3 weeks, The UK phone number is very expensive to use in the States so i Purchased an E-Sim to use while i was there, I keep getting E-mail from T-Mobile to top up, But I'm unable to get into my account as i have forgotten the password, and now I'm back in the UK the American Number will not accept Massages so I'm unable to reset the password can anybody Help !!!!

I needed a USA mobile number so I could use Uber in the states so I went into a T Mobile shop (Store 4283, Orlando, Florida) and explained exactly what I needed, specifically naming Uber. The agent sold me a pre-paid SIM card and installed it. When I tried to use it Uber wouldn't accept the number. I went back to the store to be told Uber won't accept it as it's a "cloned" number...a number that has been used before and then re-sold for pre-paid numbers. I explained it doesn't do what it was intended for and requested a refund. That's when I was told that pre-paid services are non-refundable. No exceptions. I won't buy anything ever again from T Mobile and I'll do my best to persuade everyone I know to do the same.
