They'd need MS to be on board with it since it is proprietary to them.  If they made it look similar it's a lawsuit potentially to happen.  I honestly wished MS didn't buy them.  As soon as I saw the news the sidekicks were dead.  the Android version was just a weak attempt due to MS owning everything.
