Switched from ATT, Now Major Problems
Hello Everyone,
I had pre-paid with ATT on a Phoneix LG phone. Since switching to T-Mobile a little over a month ago…
-I can’t send images
-I can’t reply on group texts
-Randomly a few times a day, my phone will not let me text or call until I restart. (Friends who have tried to call are reporting it goes right to Voicemail during these times.)
To make matters worse, T-Mobile over charged me on my last bil, but they have promised to restore those funds eventually.
