Tried to add promotions. they are now expired. who can i talk to to add them?

I have Business Unlimited Advanced. I got an email for a free upgrade to Business Unlimited Ultimate. I try to get it over the phone and at a corporate store. Neither of them do it or do it properly. My bill increased so I downgraded back to Business Unlimited Advanced. But I lost Netflix on us. I don't know if it's still a promo or not, but I also saw a promo come off of my account: HINT P11. Does anyone know what this promo is? I thought it was possibly $20 off the home internet.

But more importantly what’s the best department to speak to for the Business Unlimited Ultimate upgrade?

    Try contacting tmobile support using messenger on one of tmobile's social media platforms like Facebook or Twitter to see if they can help you they also are a higher tier of support.
