at what point do you switch to Verizon?

I've been with Tmobile for 20 years and have never received off shore customer service.
When Tmobile quit giving the autopay discount and I checked Verizon pricing there was a definite sticker shock in the plan pricing going from a $70 unlimited for 2 lines to almost doubling plus I needed to apply for a Verizon credit card to get the discount.
In the end it's all depends on your needs and what you're willing to pay.
