highly dont reccomend t mobile
Highly recommend no one shopping here again. We had an absolutely terrible experience where we were just lied to. They told us our phones would receive full trade in value …. 3-4 months later they decided never mind. Said one phone had "fine lines" and increased our phone plan. They didn't tell us about fees. They lied about how much the total for the plan would be and now are trying to say there is nothing they can do. After 3/4 months our bill jumped about 70 dollars. We went to the one in Fayetteville. Worst decision ever.
Idk if anyone else has dealt with this. How they handled it. What they did.
Also if you are thinking about switching. I HIGHLY suggest not doing that, they will tell you any lie to get you to sign up and change things months after.

Oh my god. They didn't solve a thing. They have been useless and don't care

Wow! I couldn't agree more! Aside from the store associates not being able to stand by what they say, TMobile in itself can't fix any of the problems they have from service to price gauging to poor customer service. Can't wait to switch!
Also lol at the fact that this post is marked as 'Solved' so it looks like everything is fine 😆

That's so crappy of them. I'm going to talk to a lawyer and see what we can do cause why would we switch from Verizon ….. just to pay 60 dollars more a month. T mobile cares about the sale not customers. Best thing I can do it warn others

Did the exact same to me, luckily I have not bought phones and brought my own so I will be canceling today or tomorrow and switching carriers again. Was told by 2 different reps the plus plan would get full promo on iPhone 16pro, but now that it's coming out only Next will. Would have never switched over if that was the case. They will lie to you to get your business or out of incompetence, either way avoid!!
