T-Mobile Internet - $200 Pre-Paid Mastercard - STILL WAITING
I switched to T-Mobile Internet over 3 months ago. The $200 Pre-paid Mastercard within 10 weeks was an incentive that led to me making this choice. It has been 12 weeks and I have not heard a thing. Has anyone had a similar experience? I am preparing to switch back to my previous provider if this is how they treat customers.

The receive part where it says received that means that they just received your submission. You gotta call the promotions team to figure out what day they're gonna send it. I file a report to with the Better Business Bureau and supposedly I'm getting the reward this week, but we'll see.

I am one of the people who haven't received their $200 prepaid virtual card yet. I have signed up for the 5G Home Internet service early July and submitted my request for the $200 prepaid promotion on 7/16/24. When I check the status of my submission, it says that I received my reward, but I have not. Not by mail or email. So, I reported T-Mobile misdemeanor to Better Business Bureau (BBB) today. I hope the issue is resolved as soon as possible.

Maybe more better business bureau complaints would help them turn around. Maybe.

My name is Kevin and i signed up on july 5th for home internet max and i signed up for the promo $200 Master Card 6-8weeks processing time is what it said…i submitted my promo on july 9th,2024 and here we are September 10th well over 60days later and still dont have mine either and i have spoke to 30 different reps and i get absolutely no where i already reported them to the Better Business Bureau trying to get them to help because Tmobile is scamming people telling lies and promising these gift cards and not giving them to us and they got me good yesterday i mean good and my fault for being dumb but had to pay it regardless but the rep told me as soon as u pay ur bill and bring ur account current u will then receive ur gift card shortly after…well i paid my bill and got back on chat literally 20mins later with tmobile again and now another rep tells me oh no thats not true it could be 2-3weeks more and i said at this point ill cancel my account if i dont get my gift card!!!

I was supposed to get a $100 rebate too. I jumped thru the required hoops but talking to someone at T-Mobile to get the required information and listen to a pushy sales pitch for another line they guy had problems getting my information correct. I was switched to a different department then disconnected. After screwing around on the phone for about 40 minutes I gave up. No rebate for me they made it too difficult. Thanks so much.

Hello, so I had signed up for this promo back in June and hadn't heard anything. I ended up checking the website ( https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ ) login to your account, if you already submitted it the promo info as required it will give you a confirmation that you have completed the offer and will give you the option to check/track the status. If it states it was sent it gives you the option to retrieve the digital card and add it to Google, Samsung, or Apple pay. I know when I signed up it stated a physical card would be mailed, so I dunno if that will still happen or if they did this and just didn't notify anyone of the change. Hope this helps.

It's been a year since I switched to T-Mobile Internet and I have a screenshot when I signed up saying I would get a $150 virtual prepaid Mastercard. I still haven't received it!
