T-Mobile Internet - $200 Pre-Paid Mastercard - STILL WAITING
I switched to T-Mobile Internet over 3 months ago. The $200 Pre-paid Mastercard within 10 weeks was an incentive that led to me making this choice. It has been 12 weeks and I have not heard a thing. Has anyone had a similar experience? I am preparing to switch back to my previous provider if this is how they treat customers.

The receive part where it says received that means that they just received your submission. You gotta call the promotions team to figure out what day they're gonna send it. I file a report to with the Better Business Bureau and supposedly I'm getting the reward this week, but we'll see.

Same here… was a big incentive why I picked T-mobile, but they must bank on people forgetting I guess?!?

T mobile is a scam. They screwed me as well. I canceled my service.

Steve, I am glad to see that I'm not alone here. Like, what a SCAM! I followed the instructions for this promotion to the T and was DENIED! This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! And I am going to be sure to let every breathing soul on this earth know that this company is unethical and do not honor their own promotions!

You must register for the promotion. It is not automatically given to you just for signing up for the service. Estos son los pasos:
- Go to the promotions site -https://promotions.t-mobile.com
- Enter the phone number tied to your home internet line
- Enter the promotion code which is in the details of the rebate. Or call Tmobile support.
Mine took about 8 weeks to process.

I followed up to the address in the promotion for status. The status was "DENIED" and reason was not activated in promotion timeframe (2/1-9/1/2024). I activated on 3/12/2024 and called the number provided in the promotions site. The agent was "surprised" the $200 was denied and said they would resubmit. I pushed back having already waited 12 weeks. She then said she would credit my account $200. The credit was applied next day.
Appears there is some games being played here!
Good to hear you got it straightened out. I signed up for home internet line in April this year. Once I received the gateway router, I set it up (activation) the same day I received with the phone number tied to the router. I think I took 2-3 days to test and make sure everything worked before submitting the $200 rebate promotion. I remember there were two stipulations:
- The promotion must be valid at the time of submission.
- Promotion must be submitted within 30 days of line activation. Might have been 14 days, but I think it was 30. Going purely from memory.
In your case you definitely met criteria 1, but did you also submit the promotion within 30 days of activation? Lastly, I typed in my cellphone number out of habit but caught my mistake and changed to the home internet number before I submitted my promotion. Not sure what would have happened if I used my cell phone number by mistake but I could see other folks making the same mistake.
In fact when I got the rebate emailed to me and clicked on the link to activate my debit card, I kept typing my cellphone number into the verification page and kept failing. It wasn't until my 3rd failed attempt that I went "duhhhh I need to enter the phone number of the router". I had to log in to my Tmobile account to get the number since I couldn't recall by memory.

It's been a year since I switched to T-Mobile Internet and I have a screenshot when I signed up saying I would get a $150 virtual prepaid Mastercard. I still haven't received it!

Hello, so I had signed up for this promo back in June and hadn't heard anything. I ended up checking the website ( https://promotions.t-mobile.com/ ) login to your account, if you already submitted it the promo info as required it will give you a confirmation that you have completed the offer and will give you the option to check/track the status. If it states it was sent it gives you the option to retrieve the digital card and add it to Google, Samsung, or Apple pay. I know when I signed up it stated a physical card would be mailed, so I dunno if that will still happen or if they did this and just didn't notify anyone of the change. Hope this helps.

I was supposed to get a $100 rebate too. I jumped thru the required hoops but talking to someone at T-Mobile to get the required information and listen to a pushy sales pitch for another line they guy had problems getting my information correct. I was switched to a different department then disconnected. After screwing around on the phone for about 40 minutes I gave up. No rebate for me they made it too difficult. Thanks so much.

I'm waiting also I stayed on the phone with customer service which we was texting for over 2 hours I still didn't get my 200$ it was offered to me we I became a customer I switch phone carrier and I got home Internet... I still have no answer or no 200$ so someone like to scam us just to get us to switch! I'm almost to the point just to go back to the carrier I used with no scamming and no lies!!! I'm very disappointed
