can't get Paramount +

WHen i got Tmobil i5g internet, i was told that it came with a free year of paramount +.   I looked up how to sign up for it, it says to go to "manage Add-ons."   But when i go to manage add-ons, it sayd there's no add-ons available.   I tried calling customer service, after speaking with someone, i was put on hold, then hung up on
