How do I access Apple TV+ on a regular TV
I have a regular television with a cable subscription. I also have free Apple TV+ as a benefit of my T-Mobile subscription. How can I watch Apple TV+ on my regular TV?
If you have a smart TV or a streaming device such as a Roku or a Fire TV Stick, look for the Apple TV app.
If you don't have one of these, Roku and FireTV devices are about $40 or less. They plug into a HDMI port on your TV They need to connect to your Wi-Fi.

Pull up Apple TV on your Television then log on to your Apple subscription. If you can get other streaming services currently on your Television set then you should be able to access Apple. If your Television does not have Apple TV loaded on it then purchase a Roku for your Television set as Roku has Apple TV.

OK. Many Thanks.

I suppose it’s possible that your cable TV hardware can support the Apple TV app. You could check with them.
edited to add: that won’t work because you wouldn’t be paying them for the Apple TV+ service. - nc1037Bandwidth Buddy
You must have either a smart TV or a streaming device. If your old dumb TV has HDMI ports, you can add a streaming device which you purchase. T-Mobile is only giving you the subscription, which is normally $9.99 per month.

Many thanks for responding to my question promptly and with details. To make sure I understand this: The fact that my digital (non-TMobile) cable subscription includes Apple TV+ as one of the apps that I can access on my regular, old TV and that TV can access Netflix and other offerings that my digital cable subscription provides, I can't access Apple TV+ because my TV is dumb? … or is it the path by which that access is provided (a non-TMobile network)? ..or some other detail?
Gracias.
