Gateway loses tower connection, (internet) after reboot or power outage.

I have to factory reset and configure the gateway every time there is a power outage and or if I reboot the device.  The local network remains but the gateway does not reconnect to the tmobile cell tower.

 

Ready to quit service because of this.

  • Yes!  Customer service states there's an outage, but in two weeks time it still hasn't been resolved!!!  I'm losing my patience!!!  Going to find another carrier ASAP!!!
