i can not open syncUp kids app in my phone
I can't open SyncUp kids app in my phone. I try to restarted my phone or re installation the app. It still same.
It kip show up All items score app failing

This is ridiculous. Getting same api failure error since last night. No way of seeing where my kids are. Frustrating!!!

The T life app does allow you to do all the things I think the Sync up kids app does however it does NOT allow you to connect to a new watch so unfortunately I have only 1 of 2 watches set up right now.

Yeah, so I'm going to add myself to this list. I went to go and try amd change some contacts around on my sons watch this morning on the app, only to find the error message and the mascots frantically flashing on my screen.
I don't care about a refund, either fix the issue with the app, or find a way to start giving all these people replacement products. I use this to be able to keep track of my autistic son who is a whole escape artist. It helps me keep him safe, but now I can't even use the watch. Fix this, asap.

Having same issue. Restarts and redownloads don't help.
We need a response now. TMoblie is marketing this watch as a way to keep kids safe. They clearly have a major, widespread issue and are not on top of communication

Same error message as above...which has been a problem for apparently several months??? What's going on T Mobile. Why no engineering update at this point? Or feedback? This is very alarming for the parent that is planning to use the app to keep tabs on their children. Hoping for an update soon so that I can avoid a return....

Now going on over 24hrs with 3 devices unable to track our 2 children. Customer service has been a joke. Extremely long wait times, reps disconnecting and not calling back from the company who definitely has my number! Wasted over 3 hrs of my time last night and still no solution. Was told by advanced technical support a ticket was opened, NOT to call back and they would contact me in the next 48 hrs. I've had this service for 20 yrs now and this unprofessional experience is about to be the reason I finally switch providers. Clearly multiple people are experiencing issues for months with this app and there's no good communication from the company.

I have same issue with my 1+ 9 pro running the latest Android and Syncup Kids app. I called support and they had to actually send ticket to developers to figure out what is going on. It just stopped working yesterday or the day before.
Uninstall and re-install does not work. Cleared App Cache and no change. I will try to remember to keep this post up to date.T-Mo rep said he would get back to me in 3 business days.

This watch and the app is extremely frustrating. Something that's supposed to give us peace of mind ends up giving me frustration instead. The app is constantly failing or crashing and the location freezes at certain areas and I can never refresh the location to get it to update. Waste of money!

I can't open SyncUp kids app on my phone. I've cleared the cache and stopped the app, un-installed and reinstalled and still no change. It says "All items core api failing"
There is no update available.
