Costco $75 gift Card
I ordered my phones in Mid December 2023, and I have not received the 4 Costco gift cards that are part of the promotion. They assured me in January that I would get them, but when I called T-Mobile Customer service there was no record of that offer.
Not only have we not received the $75 cards for the two phones we upgraded 2 ½ months ago, the customer service rep helping me when I dialed 611 from my phone has never even heard of this promotion. Does the card come in the mail? By email? Should I be looking in spam every week? I have no idea what to expect and neither does the service rep trying to assist me.
Same. December 2023. Same runaround. Nothing but gaslighting with each new agent. We were had, friends. Publicidad engañosa.
I got the same promotion from costco in December 2023. after talking to a bunch of reps they're telling me the same thing.
