Why can't I contact t-mobile support as a deaf person?

Hello, I'm deaf, so the only way for me to contact T-mobile support is through social networks like facebook and twitter. I've been trying to do this for a few days now, and no one is responding to me. A message pops up saying that a specialist will attend to you soon, and nothing,  no response. I can't log into my account. A message pops up: We've temporarily locked your account to protect your information. Please call Customer Care at 1-800-937-8997 or wait 24 hours to regain account access.
I don't know for what reason. I do not want to publish my personal data here. How should I contact T-mobile support with my disability? Why doesn't anyone respond via social networks? Thank you in advance for your reply. and have a nice day.

  • So we finally came to a solution, T-mobile fixed the problem and answered the questions I asked. I find the support via Twitter to be quite satisfactory, even if sometimes the wait for a reply is longer. But when I compare the support of T-mobile on Facebook and Twitter, Twitter clearly wins. Good day, and thank you.

  • I finally connected to twitter but the expert himself doesn't seem to know what the problem is that I can't log into the account, So it will probably take a while,So we continue tomorrow. And otherwise, I never see the chat button on the t-mobile website.
